From Australia…tumbleweed as tall as your house is rolling in the area of north-east Victoria.The weed-hairy panic-Panicun effusum- is a fast growing perennial native to inland Australia.It seems this year is worse than normal due to the dry conditions.This natural condition can cause photosensitisation  or “yellow-big-head”,the blistering of hairless areas.It is harmless to pets and low risk  to being This condition also happens in our US Southwest.
