It’s a beauty…

A Spring Beauty-Claytonia virginca-is a wildflower common to eastern N.A.It is a small, low growing plant with star-like white/pink flowers.Foliage continues to grow after it blooms reaching maybe a foot(.31m) as it goes dormant in late spring. While it is growing, the wildflower can be harvested as a food source like a potato or radish.Get it while it is still a “beauty”.
